There's just one thing we've got to change. Dr. B used to ask me at the end of every visit if I needed any refills on my medication, now he doesn't. I need his guidance with this because I take 14 different prescriptions, I don't know I'm running out until I'm running out. This always happens on a weekend, so by Monday I'm not feeling well and I have to call the front desk and try to convince them to ask the Dr. permission to fill that prescription - because I was just there. It should have been done at my visit but it wasn't. Sometimes they yes, but sometimes they say no and that's really frustrating. Yesterday I called the front desk about my refills. The message on the Voice Mail specifically says to leave only 1 voice mail, they will call me back. Well, they didn't call back. So that makes me wait another day, and now I'm really upset when I call on Tues. Then it was taken care of right away. Thank you. But please, ask me at my visits if I need refills. Doctors don't give multiple refills anymore. I used to get up to 11 refills on some meds, now I don't even get 1. That's a problem too on a larger scale. That's it, I'm finished. Thank you for reading. ~Rosemary
